Can you tell if youre pregnant early on?

My boyfriend and I have been having a lot of unprotected sex and pulling out (stupid I know but feels too good). I'm expecting my period but my symptoms have been different, and I was wondering if anyone could attest to feeling different around the first month of their pregnancy? Anxiety is making me worried prematurely, so any words of comfort would be helpful, thank you!!

My early pregnancy symptoms I never realized were symptoms and put them off as other things or my period..
Dizziness, just randomly I’d get dizzy i assumed it was sinus problems or something.
Tender/sore boobs, I wasn’t too worried about this one because my boobs do get kinda sore before my period but looking back they were much more sore than I’ve ever had them be for my period.
Food aversions, I wasn’t really sick to my stomach until I thought about eating something and then I’d get a little nauseous but I thought I could be getting a bug.
Eating weird, For a whole week (late period week) I ate boiled eggs dipped in A1. Like why on earth did that not raise any questions on if I was pregnant or not like who does that? 
Then one day I was talking to a friend and told her I’d been feeling sick and nothing sounded good and sore boobs, dizzy, also my period was a week late and she went “hmmmmm...” and I was like “nah” but in my mind I’m like “ohhh shit” so that night me and my fiancé went to the dollar tree and i bought 3 $1 tests and I wanted an icee so we stopped on the way home and got one... i went to go pee and I put the little drops on the test and before I could even pull my panties back up it was shining bright two dark lines and I squealed. My fiancé insisted I take the other two and they were both there just as quickly as the first. 
Not everyone’s symptoms are the same, some women are sick immediately, and some never get sick or have no symptoms at all. The only way to know is to take a test!! Good luck!

Yes I definitely felt different but have also thought I was pregnant for sure and wasn’t so it’s really just a 50/50 shot. You can only know if you test. Good luck either way 🍀
