Workout motivation
Lately I’ve become extremely self conscious about how I look. Being overweight most of my life has become a nightmare for me and recently have tried to go on a extreme diet and workout routine, however, I severely lack motivation. So being the dumb teen I was I went for an alternative route, anorexia. Thankfully I now know it wasn’t the best choice for me so I’m sticking to working out. My boyfriend thinks I’m perfect and shouldn’t change but I personally don’t see what’s wrong with being a bit more healthy. I just want someone to be a bit more encouraging and interested in my progress or lack there of. Any workout routine ideas are welcomed! As well as weight loss advice.
