first time using opk
so I'm on my period starting yesterday. so I'm reading the directions on the test and it says from day one of your period count the days till your next period. mine is twenty eight days so it says start on the eleventh. but glows prediction is like a week before which if I do it on the eleventh it would put me out of my window. so should I just follow the directions on the kit?
