I like a coworker and it’s against company protocol, we are friends: what should I do?
I’ve been there for a only a couple of months (less than 5) and every time I see him it brightens up my day and mood and he gives me the energy I need to stay motivated. I have tons of reasons as to why I like him. He’s a complete gentleman and he’s really honest and compassionate. But he ended a two year relationship last July, ironically me and the ex share a common name.....help
