Pain during sex and pain in abdomen?

I’ve been having pulsating pain in my lower right abdomen off and on all day today and it’s getting to the point where I want to cry. My boyfriend and I were having sex earlier and my favorite position is doggy. I’m on birth control and my cervix is pretty low and he hit my cervix and it hurt really bad to where I jumped away from him.

I skipped my placebo week because it Christmas but got breakthrough bleeding and got my period anyway and have felt bleh since. I also have PCOS. Could this be a cyst? Thanks guys!
