My little Lydia was born late Wednesday May 20th at 11:40pm she weighed in at 3lbs5ounces and 15and a half inches. She is 9 weeks premature. My water broke early at 30 weeks 1 day and was doing everything I could to keep her in until 34 weeks but yesterday she decided it was time and contractions started every 5 mins. The dr checked my cervix and determined I was at 3cm but that there was a foot in my cervix so I had to have an emergency c-section. It was my first c-section and a much different experience then with my other two boys. I had both vaginally. My baby girl is doing very well given her prematurity. No complications with breathing just a tiny little nugget. Please keep her in your prayers for a quick stay in the NICU. Thank you to all the glow women for all the support during my pregnancy and for helping me create my little girl in the first place. I wish everyone a happy 9 months.
