Positive opk

I'm assuming this is positive, Test taking at noon today but I usually ovulate cd 11-13, this month it's cd 12... I try to bd the day of positive opk and the day after but I'm not getting pregnant, what is wrong with me?

Also, today I noticed I had ewcm and really painful cramps it felt like it was coming from inside my vag? Idk lol but it's not like period cramps, they're usually around my inner hip bones/lower stomach

A perfectly healthy couple has only a 20% chance of conceiving each month. That’s a very slim chance so we’re all miracles lol it can take up to a year and after that see your obgyn so he or she can check out your hormones and run tests of all come back clear your husband will need to be check next

I guess my question is, am I really ovulating if I'm not getting pregnant. I've been tracking and ttc for like 9 months now...

Ovulation cramps, I have ovulation pain every month on either my right or left side where the ovary is.
