3x a day sounds a little excessive but within the range of normal to me, but in terms of actual addiction, only you can tell. Does it feel compulsive? Is it moderately enjoyable, or is it enjoyable to the point of excluding other activities? I'd suggest talking to a trusted friend, adult, (or romantic partner) if you can.
