Before I start this I don’t want anyone to think I’m trying to scrounge of our benefits system! I’m not like that at all.

I am currently off work sick with SPD and going back soon although I know I won’t be able to manage and will have to be signed off again. My parter works full time and brings in around 1200-1300 a month on a good month. My issue is I cannot live on ssp. We both have cars on finance neither we can return as we would still owe money on them and would be defaulted also. We’ve made cuts where possible but there is nothing else we can reduce as it will incur extra charges. I am considering registering my car SORN and taking it off the road and cancelling my insurance (yes extra charges but I wouldn’t be able to run it and it would save in the long run) I am going to contact CAB also but I’m really worried about money. We already have a child to support and this came unexpected as I had no issues with my other pregnancy. Is there any finance support out there for us?
