After birth effects?

I had a cesarean section 2 weeks ago, and whenever I’m standing for too long or walk around and then stand still, I feel light headed.
Anyone else have felt this way?
Also have had a pinching feeling where my incision is, but on the outside it looks to be healing very well (in my eyes and according to midwives). Normal or no?

Make sure you’re drinking enough water, eating, and not overdoing it. That could be why you are light headed. I have a hard time eating because I haven’t had much of an appetite since my c section. 
The burning and pinching is normal. My OB said it is from the nerves healing and the knots in the sutures.

Hey there I had a c section done 3 weeks ago and I didn’t feel like I was light headed after doing things like walking or standing still, however I did have a punching feeling and sometimes it felt like a burning sensation if I overdid it, I asked my doctor about it and it was only on the sides of the incision and she told me that it was where they had tied the the “stitch” and it would go away in 3 months when the stitches dissolved, well I can tell you I no longer even feel that pinch or burning sensation. 
If you’re worried contact your doctor and make sure that it isn’t anything.  Good luck!

I only got light headed the first week because of constipation after I went number 2 my light headed/dizzy and swelling feet went away...
the pain around the cut is just healing I took a tylonal and didn't feel it anymore
