positive pt with cycle using trigger shot

hey ladies. so i am posting because I feel like it is too good to be true. first.of all i have pcos so i never ovulate. last cycle dr put me on 5mg and hcg trigger shot (pregnyl) on cd 13(december 8th). my question is...is this a true positive? i read that it takes 1 day per 1000 units of the shot to be metabolized. i am currently 1 week late and i tested on Christmas day (cd30) and got 4 positives! I just want to make sure it isn't the trigger lingering in my body. i have been feeling extremely tired and my nips are very sore! any input is appreciated! baby dust! thank you!
