Spotting and Light Cramps

I'm 11 weeks today, at 8 weeks I had brown spotting, freaked out and went to see my OB. She did an u/s and assured me everything was fine. as a precaution she put me on a progesterone suppository and had me get my HCG levels checked. My Hcg came back and everything looked good and I have been doing the suppositories every night. At about 9 weeks 5 days I heard the heartbeat which was nice and strong. Christmas night i had some spotting again, but didn't let myself freak out and it went away. Today I noticed some more while wiping but now I'm having light pressure cramps. Nothing major. I know as long as it's not bright red and extreme pain I should be ok. but I need some reassurance, had anyone else experienced this? My next appointment is on tuesday and i will be mentioning this to my Ob
