My mom put the entire bag in the salad for dinner tonight. I read crab/lobster isn’t good to eat?.. Idek what this really is but it’s SO good. Anyone know if it’s safe? I had 2 little pieces but I won’t eat anymore if it’s not safe.

totally safe. I eat 1 bag a week. lmao. it's pollock. it's a low mercury fish. it's very good for you and high in omega 3s and DHA which are very good for baby!!!
