First iui- looking for advice

I’m 10 dpiui, I believe I had implantation spotting day 7- really really light, hardly noticeable. Today my nipples are much more sensitive, and I had a bloody nose yesterday (which I never get) we did Femara 5 for days5-9 and trigger shot day before iui. We had 4 mature follicles(18-25) and one at 13. Would it be okay to test tomorrow? I’m so anxious to know... ttc2 years. Thank you for comments!
