IUI success with low sperm count and thin linning?

Has anyone had any success with IUI’s where you had low sperm count and a thin lining?

I had a thin lining but they gave me meds for that. the low sperm I haven't encountered but webhavent had success with a high sperm count! so proofs in the pudding it can go either way and it only takes 1.

My best friend had severe male infertility. She scheduled an IUI and her husband actually had to go out of town so they had to freeze his sperm. Her doctor literally told her that she wouldn’t get pregnant from this because his sperm quality and count is so poor already and that freezing it lessens sperm quality even more. Well guess what? She got pregnant first IUI!!! It only takes one sperm!!!
As far as your lining goes - start taking an aspirin every morning, eat pineapple (canned pineapple is fine too), have eggs for breakfast, and drink 100% pomegranate juice like there’s no tomorrow. I did this for five days after my IUI was called off because my lining was too thin and the ultrasound tech was impressed with the improvement in such a short period of time! My lining went from 2mm to 8mm and my follicles went from 7mm to 17&19mm!!
