anyone else wetting themselves?

I find when I sneeze I seem to let out a little bit of urine each time, even if I've just been to the bathroom, and the other day I full blown wet myself after sneezing and had to change my clothes, embarrassing! I'm doing pelvic floor exercises as often as I can and this isn't a problem I had before I got pregnant, is anyone else experiencing this too?

Yes I have a bad cold and I'm sneezing so much 😭 this is my second baby so my pelvic muscles weren't great to begin with but I went out and got those super thin panty liners till this cold is over so I can stay fresh lol

Yes when I cough hard or sneeze sometimes. I’m a first time mum and no issues with this previously. Trying to up my Kegels but it doesn’t seem to help, I guess it’s the hormones!

yup! And I do the kegel exercises a lot because I already had a weak bladder before. I just head for the bathroom as soon as I feel a sneeze coming now lol

Omg I pee myself all the time especially coughing to hard, like I didn’t even know I had to pee let alone that much

Exact same thing is happening to me!! I work with a pelvic floor therapist so I’m going to start seeing her for treatment, I would highly recommend other ladies to look at this option before surgery!

more than once I have fully wet myself this pregnancy. I've taken to wearing pant liner things, it's too big a risk 😒 pregnancy has all the glamour!

I've done this a few times already. this is my second  pregnancy and I never had this with my first, I only remember this happening post partum

Motherhood! I peed if I raise my voice too loud at my kids! I pee when I cough or sneeze! And I Kegal the 💩 out of my pelvic floor muscles. My mom had to have a bladder tuck after her third. Guess that’s in my future 🙄

Yes and it is so annoying. I pee when I sneeze and vomit it is not fun. I’m going to have to get some more underwear. I feel like I have no control over my body anymore.

welcome to the club, lol. I let out some when I sneeze sometimes and then I had a respiratory infection a few weeks ago and would pee a little when I coughed hard.
