I’m 7 months pregnant and I’ve already gained 26 lbs 🤦🏽♀️😩
So today was my 7 month checkup and when weighed , I found out that I have already gained 26 lbs . I’m due March 22nd. Is that too much weight to have already gained ? What are some tips on curving my appetite ? I do abs and squats about 4-5 times a week and I feel like I’ve made changes to my diet to be healthier. I’m not even sure how to prevent so much weight from packing on . Help me !
