Antibiotics & changing of urine

I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant & I have some sort of sickness. The doctor never really confirmed what it was, but she did do a strep test & it was negative. She gave me azithromycin (5 day z pak) antibiotics & Robitussin cough medicine. I’ve took these medications for the past 4 days & I’ve noticed for the past 2 days my urine has been a little darker. At first glance you’d think it was very light pink spotting on my toilet paper, but after getting my phone light & a deeper inspection it’s actually a yellow tent of urine. Will these medications cause this or is it just pregnancy related?
