instead cups and bleeding
I have been using the instead cups after we DTD. the past two cycles while I ovulated I noticed blood when I took out the cup. I have never noticed ovulation bleeding before so I'm wondering if maybe the cups were irritating and if so why only the days I ovulated? Did anyone experience anything like this?
