My son is now 9 days old and when I’m breastfeeding I have to place a blanket under my breast and covering the baby plus a bib to stop us from getting soaked in breast milk.

He goes pretty long stretches between eating (like 4 hours, sometimes less but he’s impossible to wake up if he isn’t ready to wake. And I know how’s full and content) and when it’s time to feed my breasts know it and I leak so much my nursing pads are soaked and leak into my bra.

I feel so fortunate to have such a great supply. But the amount of laundry is annoying with a newborn and a 5 year old to take care of. How long does it take usually till I’m leaking less??
