Afraid of early Mastitis

I’m 2 weeks PP. EBF and a ftm... my breast isn’t really engorged, although slightly sore and I noticed it being a bit red today. I feel fine and just fed and pumped before taking this photo (I helped express so it may have contributed to the amount/intensity of redness on breast). Any tips or suggestions??
