Question about sensitive nipples on the pill

Hey guys. I know this is a silly question, but I’m hoping that by typing this out, my mind will be put at ease. I’ve been on the pill for over a year and a half now, and I’ve never missed a pill or taken it late. The last time my boyfriend and I had sex was almost a month ago, and my withdrawal bleed came around ten days after that. I had the usual cramps and my flow was normal. So I haven’t had sex at all during my current pill pack (I’m on the third week now) My nipples have been feeling really sensitive for the past few days and this has never happened to me before. So basically my question is, has anyone else ever gotten tender nipples/boobs randomly even though they normally don’t get them?? I know it can’t be a sign of pregnancy considering I haven’t had sex this current cycle, however the irrational part of my brain is telling me otherwise 🙄
