Fainting in the first trimester?!?

Anyone else fainted while pregnant? I am super scared. I felt some light cramping, nausea and bammm! I was out. Thankfully my husband was there to catch my fall.

It could be your not getting enough iron and/or not eating frequently enough which causes your blood pressure to drop. Has happened to me a few times where I’ll start to overheat and know I have to sit down or I’m going to pass out sucks but just make sure to drink plenty of water as well

I have a friend who fainted - turned out her iron was just low so it was an easy fix!

Happened to me it was how I found out I was pregnant I was diharated my last pregnancy it ended in miscarriage

I never fainted. But I did get super light headed, and dizzy to where everything went black and I had to sit down. Happened a couple times.

I would have your dr check you out. But make sure you’re hydrated for sure, tons of water.
