All day sickness 🤢🤮

Im7 weeks 6 days pregnant with bay #2. I feel very nauseous that i can’t even do anything to my house. I know it sounds stupid asking this question because I already have a daughter but is it a good sign That I feel so nauseous all the time? I have my first dr. visit in 4 days but I’m so nervous after reading so many stories about miscarriages and no heartbeat etc.
