Timed Intercourse Advice

Hi All! In September I had IUI for the first time - Femara, Ovidrel, and IUI. It was successful and I was pregnant with twins. Unfortunately it ended in a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks and I had a D&C in November. The tissue was sent off to be tested and we found out they were girls and everything was normal. My dr was not opposed to us trying IUI again. For financial reasons we wanted to wait this month, but we decided to do Femara and the Ovidrel shot. I go in on January 2 for my follicle scan and will do the shot soon after. Anyone have success from the T.I method? My husband has no issues with sperm quality or quantity, so when and how often should we have sex? I am hoping it works - After 2 miscarriages we are hoping 3rd times a charm! Still waiting for baby number 1!
