Tylenol cold and flu severe?

Can I take Tylenol cold & flu severe while I’m pregnant? My husbands family decided to forget to tell us they’re all sick when we came to visit and now I’ve got it too. I would just ask the doctor but my appointment isn’t until Wednesday. Between this cold and morning sickness I feel like crap 🤢🤧

My OB gave me a list of meds that they approve of for pregnancy. I've had a nasty cold all week and the only things I can take are Sudafed (pseudoephedrine 30mg 2 tabs every 4 hours for 3 days - the kind you have to give your license for and is behind the pharmacy counter), acetaminophen, and benadryl. And my packet says the Sudafed is only if you're past 12 weeks. If you have a cough you can also do robitussin. I would call your OB and see what they recommend though because they all have different preferences.
