Anyone still bleeding 8 weeks PP?

My PP checkup is next week (delayed due to poor planning and holidays) and I'm still bleeding significantly and passing a lot of mucus. The bleeding has totally stopped for days at a time but always comes back. Of course I'll take it up with dr but I just want others experiences. Has anyone else experienced this?

Edit: it varies between bright red, brown and pink depending on the heaviness.
