Cervix position

Under cervix position Glow asks if the cervix is low & soft and high & firm - but is think this is incorrect.Shouldn't it be low & firm and high & soft?
As you approach ovulation isn't the cervix known as SHOW soft high open and wet - so I feel the options in glow are incorrect?
