Please help!!

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for a year and a half.. and we live together, when we first started dating he cheated on me with his ex. And I forgave him. And recently I went on this phone because I was feeling insecure, like he wasn’t giving me a lot of attention anymore, so I go on his mail and in his junk mail, there is a lot of ads maybe idk what it is, it’s from plenty of fish and it was labeled 3 different girls name for each type , and they all had the same messages , that says “why did you block me!!” But it was three different girls names that said exactly that. And other things that were the same “where can we meet” “hi message me back” or stuff like that. Is this actually spam ?? Or is it real messages. I have never had pof before . And I’ve never been on dating websites . Idk what to do and I’m really freaked out even though it could be just spam emails . can someone please help me
