Brain pickle! Help required!

Hi all

So I had a faint positive hpt (negative opk- don’t ask me why I tested with an opk as well) on Christmas eve (AF due that day) the lines stayed faint and I started bleeding on the 28/12 still slightly bleeding now however I am having terrible “ovulation” type cramps so decided to do an opk which is positive?????

I am 4 days “into” my chemical pregnancy surely my HCG levels wouldn’t be that high now to cause a positive opk I was 4weeks3 days ???
