Advice/help

So on Christmas eve (a week ago) I had sex without a condom for the first try. I was scared to do it because I’m freakish about being safe but my friends don’t use condoms and I felt kinda shamed for it. So I tried it with my boyfriend without the condom and he pulled out successfully. I know because I watched it come out on the bed. Also I take birth control correctly (I’m OCD about doing things right). But the last few days I’ve had nipple sensitivity and I’ve been kinda nauseated on and off. Also this is my last day of fertility. Should I be worried about pregnancy?
