mom problems

hi all! so my mother is a very judgemental person towards me I have a younger sister who's very pretty and thin lately my mom has been telling me that I'm not very pretty and I need to wear makeup (I usually dont) to cover my acne I need to eat better she's made comments about what I do and how I do it that come off kinda nasty I'm just sorta confused because this has been going on for months now and I don't know where it came from any advice would be appreciated thank you 💜
