induced

I only have 11 days left until I get induced. I'm getting induced at 39 weeks. I really wanted my cervix to soften and dialate more before I go get induced because my past pregnancies inducing seens to prolong the labor. What can help me besides sex , bouncing on ball, and walking? Btw last they checked I was 1cm dialated and soft but that was 3 weeks ago. My next appointment is Thurs I need some progress lol
