Menstrual Cups?!

I’m considering changing to menstrual cups and I want to know peoples experiences please. What cup do you use and how did it go first time you used it? Any tips and advice would be great!

I've just used a moon cup for the first time and I love it.

I use Lunette cup in model 1 and it is soo good. I find it really easy to insert and remove, and I can’t feel anything when it is inserted.

I have a diva cup and a collapsible lily cup. I like both for different reasons. It took me 2-3 cycles to get really confident inserting and removing but I’m soooo glad I switched over. It’s like not having a period

Instead of a menstrual cup you should use a sea sponge they are cheaper and easier to insert
