temp. of 100 for 3 full days so far

I posted something on Sat. asking about when I should worry or go to the doctor. I cant get ahold of my doctor (OBGYN) and ive had a temp of 100.6 Sat morning, however since then ive had severe chills etc to the point where i have to keep taking tylenol to help and keep my temp down. it is now day 3 and my temp is still at 100, it has only went under 100 three times even with tylenol in my system almost the whole time. I really don't know when I should go to the e.r considering i cant get ahold of my doctor, someone please help I need advice.

p.s. i threw up this morning too, so much and so hard that now i cant even swallow my throat is so raw and sore.
