so I just had a miscarriage on the 26th the bleeding stopped the 28th and now I just spot? is it okay to start having sex or do I have to wait till I stop spotting

It’s best to wait til you’ve stopped bleeding completely to avoid infection. My doc put me on pelvic rest for 4 weeks. Most doctors will tell you at least 2 weeks.
