Pill out of Order

I’m in the ortho pill. Which means the first three weeks are different colors. I realized that on Saturday I accidentally took the Saturday pill from the third week. And so yesterday Sunday I took the corresponding Saturday pill for this second week. I was just wondering if it has an serious affect? They were still active pills, but different color. I’ll be starting the third week pills today.
