Nope, it's just an opinion. When it's shared that a person is unstable mentally or monetarily or both people's minds think, 'that poor baby'. Honestly too if the situation is that bad that cps would be involved abc take your child and possibly you to jail or court, adoption is the best choice. Just my opinion

Yes because they need to make the choice on their own. You can give your opinion on it only. But the choice is ultimately theirs.

Sometimes adopting is the best decision. I wouldn't full on tell her that that's what she needed to do, but let her know it's an option. It's ultimately her choice not someone else's.
