Very weird subject but not sure who to speak with and we do not want to get a realtor involved yet, but me and my husband just purchased a home in April and we pay a monthly mortgage but it’s still our home, are we aloud to rent the home out to anyone and collect payment and use the money they pay us with to pay the mortgage that’s owed? We no longer want this home after my son got over the baby gate and feel down the stairs, we are the first time owner of the home it was just built and everyone wants to rent it but want to make sure we can do what we had planned, renting and paying it as they pay us
