Diastasis Recti
Anyone else struggling with diastasis recti? I delivered my twins September 19, and almost instantly lost all my weight except the DR pooch. And it is stayin strong. My New Years resolution is to get rid of it and not look pregnant anymore. 🙈 I bought a “workout” that’s supposed to heal it, but any other tips/tricks?
