Infection after birth

Hey guys, Tomorrow will be two weeks since I had my little girl she’s still in nicu or special care nursery due to coming at 35 weeks and being a little over 3 lbs at birth. Anyway, I had a natural birth and tore pretty bad they had to stitch me in several places. Anyway I’ve been having swelling, burning, pain, itching, and wonky like baby poop colored discharge and some faul odor (it’s not as bad or I’m getting prone to it :/). Anyway does this sound like an infection? Has anyone had one from stitches/after birth? I’m thinking about calling my dr in the morning what besides antibiotics will they do?
