AF DUE TODAY, DIDNT SHOW UP, BUT STILL BFN😢

Today AF is due, but hasn't shown at all, not even the brownish discharge. I have cramps, itchy nipples, sore boobs, back pains and nausea. I've had these symptoms for almost 2 weeks, but the tests keep showing BFN. Has this happened to anyone but still got a BFP?
