yeast infection or bv or chlamdiya or whatever. HELP ASAP

So me and my boyfriend!!!!! had recently got bsck together. I’ve had multiple sexual partners before we got back together. When we had sex for the first time in 4 months it was this really strong odor afterwards. I felt really self conscious. It happeneds almost every time we have sex now. It only happeneds after we have sex tho and it’s comming from my vagina. He asked me if i had one of the 3 listed: yeast infection , bv , or chlamdiya which i hope it’s by the last one. I’m really scared. I have thin white creamy discharge and the odor only happens after we have sex. I sometimes smell fishy in the past but i use summers eve and it gets rid it. I get yeast infections sometimes. I never had this smell with anybody till me and himgot bsck together and we had sex. I’m so confused. Please help me
