When you guys wake up for work in the morning do you guys wake your baby up to feed or let baby continue sleeping?

I bedshare (NO judgement please!) and when I first went back to work in August when little one was 2 months old he would wake up when I woke up so I would feed him first thing. Now, he’s 7 months and when I get up in the morning to pee, when I come back he’s still asleep. However, I’ve been waking him up to change his diaper and feed him, then I have to pump the other side. Feeding him and pumping takes an hour of my morning, but I almost lost my supply when returning to working so in addition to pumping at work I pump the side he doesn’t feed on before bed and when I wake up to keep my supply up.

Just interested in seeing if other working BF moms let their baby sleep or wake them up when they wake up for work.
