Low sex drive + heavy bleeding - post tubal ligation...anyone?

Hey ladies! Happy new year! In 2016, I had my daughter and a few weeks later, I had the tubal ligation (tubes cut) procedure.

Sidenote: I’ve had 4 girls and I’m just DONE being pregnant. So, yes, tubes cut.

I have experienced heavy bleeding during my cycle since my procedure. First, I thought that I️t was my body getting used to the change. After a year, I consulted my ob/gyn and she said there was nothing to worry about. However, the first 4

Days of my period, I’m wearing super tampons and overnight pads...at the same time. Before my period (2 days before), I feel like the life has been drained from me. I’m asleep most of the day, lethargic and weak.

In addition, I am not as sexual as I used to be. I thought I️t was because of my post baby body but I started working with a trainer and got back to my pre baby weight. I still didn’t feel like the old me...the kinky me. I felt like the old me throughout the pregnancy. God, I was hornier than ever. Again, thought I️t was due to the birth and then the surgery right after but it’s going on 2 years y’all.

My husband wants to have sex all the time and I just feel so bothered by I️t most of the time except for when I’m in my fertile days right before my period. Even though I’m not excited about sex anymore, I will still have sex with my husband and once we get into I️t, I’m game. I️ know that it’s nothing he is doing wrong. Sometimes, I️ lay next to him wanting to give him head (my brain wants to do this) but my body is like “no, we can just lay here and go to sleep. Sex can wait...forever”. NEVER used to be like this.

It’s just my body being weird and I’m wondering if anyone has had the surgery and feels how I feel?
