positive 2018

I have a goal to lose about 30 pounds. I turn 31 in June. which is also the next time I will see family, as I live 1000 miles from them. I am hopeful I can lose a good chunk of weight by then, as it is 23 weeks away. I have started a fitness journal. I plan to go to the gym at least twice a week. go on walks a few times a week. eat healthier. plan out meals for the week to keep me on track. my challenge is snacking. I meet with a nutritionist tomorrow. that should help. ready for 2018 to be my year. get healthy and hopefully get pregnant. We will see
