It takes TIME to “bounce back” from pregnancy.
First picture is pre pregnancy, then about 2-3 months postpartum, then one year post partum.
I thought my body was ruined forever. I thought by only a few months after having a baby I should’ve been skinny again and look exactly the same like all the models on Instagram. But that’s not reality. I had a baby to take care of. And I had shit to do. I got pregnant weighing 115 lbs, gave birth weighing 160 lbs, in the picture where im holding my baby I was about 135, and now I’m finally back at 115.
So it takes time. Be patient with yourself. Don’t expect it to happen in a few months. Honestly my body won’t ever look the same. Maybe yours will. Maybe it’ll take you a couple months to look like you did before. Or maybe it won’t. Maybe it’ll take you a year like me. Or longer. E ither way be patient with yourself, and focus on your health and your baby, not how small you are or if you have “bounced back”. That’s bullshit.
