Unisom and B6 safe to take?

My OB suggested taking a unisom and b6 tablet at night before bed to help with morning sickness. I bought them but after reading the warning labels they both say not to take them if pregnant or nursing...has anyone taken these and had a healthy 9 months? I'm scared to take these now...

My midwife said they're fine to take. Also it says to "consult your doctor before use". That's just to cover their butts.

Ive been taking unisom everyday for my entire pregnancy and im 35 weeks and baby is healthy as can be...i take it to help me sleep at night.

diclegis, which is a drug created specifically for morning sickness and is healthy for pregnancy. I have horrible HG and tried this combo with no relief from symptoms, but many women with regular morning sickness find it helps tremendously. :)
