Emergen-c???

My husband has a really bad cold and he’s afraid I’ll get it so he brought me home some emergen-c but I’m not sure if I can take it... I’m just over 33 weeks.

I’m pretty sure it will also say something on the package about pregnant women not taking it.

I've been taking it and I'm high risk.. my OB said it was fine

My OB said not to as excessive amounts of vitamin C aren’t good. I would just take your prenatals, ensure you are getting enough rest, wash your hands a lot and eat healthy foods

And C-vitamins dont really help against a flu.... mostly placebo

Just buy some surgical masks at the store and both you and your husband wear them
