Random letdown?

Question

I randomly got my milk back yesterday after switching to formula 5 months ago due to supply and latch issues. I couldn’t express anything last week, so my milk was definitely gone. Yesterday, I felt the tingle of letdown and waited for it to go away. It didn’t and my breasts felt like I needed to pump, so I tried to express and got 7-8 drops from each breast. Anyone else have this happen?

mine would randomly do that for about a year after I weaned my first. 
and TMI, but for sixteen years after that, if you squeezed, about half the time you'd get a drop or two, especially inn the right. I'm nursing another baby, and the right boob is the more " enthusiastic" producer, lol
